Which couriers are used for delivery?
We use USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx for deliveries within the United States, and UPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, UBI, or domestic couriers for international orders, depending on the destination country and region.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This applies to both domestic (USA) and international shipments to select countries.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order on our website through the “Track Order” feature or on the shipping carrier’s website.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
For international deliveries, customers are responsible for customs clearance, including relevant import taxes, unless otherwise specified. Certain products may have customs clearance provided by Taixl for specific countries. For deliveries within the United States, customs duties do not apply.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Once you place an order, processing begins and this usually takes 1-5 business days. In some situations, such as a period when inventory replenishment is in process, processing times could be longer. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location. If you want to know the approximate shipping time for a particular product, please contact us and let us know, and be sure to include your delivery location. Alternatively you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimates:
Transit time for in stock products to the following countries will be approximately 1-7 business days.

Australia
Transit time for in stock products to most other countries will be approximately 8-25 business days. If your location is not listed above, we may still be able to ship to your address, and you can contact us to confirm and to find out the approximate shipping time and any additional costs.
Machines that are made to order by our factory will take approximately 10-20 business days.
What is the policy for shipping delays?
Taixl is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances involving third-party couriers. No refunds will be provided for reasonable shipping delays (maximum of 45 days from the order date).
What is the policy for lost, stolen, or damaged packages?
Taixl is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. No automatic refunds will be issued for such cases, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the relevant courier if needed.
What is the policy for re-routed or refused packages and import tariff refusals?
Re-routed orders are not eligible for refunds. Refused orders, including those due to unpaid import tariffs, will be refunded after the package is returned to us, minus a 40% fee to cover shipping and related costs.
Please note that some packages may require a signature upon delivery. Ensure that someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the delivery if necessary.
